Welcome to One Five Two Designs (“we,” “us,” “our”). We specialise in custom motocross graphics, decals, and related design services.

By using our website, placing an order, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

One Five Two Designs provides:

• Custom motocross graphics and number plate designs

• Printing and production of motocross decals and kits

• Personalised artwork and logo integration

We reserve the right to update or discontinue any product or service at any time.

3. Ordering and Payments

• Orders can be placed via our website or directly through email.

• Prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

• Payment must be made in full before production begins.

• We accept debit/credit card, PayPal, bank transfer.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

4. Custom Designs and Proofs

• For bespoke graphics, customers must provide accurate information, colour choices, and logos.
  

• Once you have approved a proof, no further changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made.

• We are not responsible for errors once proofs are approved.

All custom designs are non-refundable unless defective.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are shipped to the delivery address you provide at checkout.

• We ship across the UK and internationally using trusted carriers.

• Delivery times vary depending on location and order type.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect address information.

Risk of loss passes to you once the product has been dispatched.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel non-custom goods.

However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalised items, including bespoke motocross graphics.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery at onefivetwodesigns@gmail.com

• Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

• We will repair, replace, or refund faulty goods in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, text, and images created by One Five Two Designs are protected by copyright and remain our intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of our designs without our prior written consent.

Where customer logos or trademarks are used within a design, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights or permissions to do so.

8. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss or damage;

• Losses resulting from improper installation or misuse of products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total price paid for the goods or services in question.

This clause does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Five Two Designs, its staff, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our products or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
