Return and Refund Policy

At One Five Two Designs, we value our customers and strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

  1. Returns for Non-Custom Products

 

We accept returns for non-custom products within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:


  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

 

2. Custom Products

 

All custom or personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Please review your order details carefully before submitting, as we cannot accept changes or cancellations once production has begun.

If your custom order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can work with you to find a suitable solution.


3. Exchanges

 

Exchanges are only available for non-custom items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, please contact us at onefivetwodesigns@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
